1- Cold Patch Production and Packaging Plant is used for producing filler material for repairing the potholes formed on the road pavement as well as decorative pavement material used on such special pavement areas as painted bicycle lanes and pedestrian lanes, etc. Moreover the plant suitably packages the produced material in order to store the same for a long time.

The plant comprises of two main sections, namely production and packaging.

The production section consists of aggregate chamber, conveyor, mixer, pumps for bituminous emulsion, water and dope (additives).

The packaging section comprises of dosing conveyor with built-in weighing scale, bag insertion apparatus and gluing or sewing machine.

During dosing a load cell weighing system installed on the mixer frame is used and accuracy of the system has a direct impact on the product quality.

Thanks to its compact design the product is very practical to move/transport, disassemble and assembly and deploy.

The system is easy to clean thanks to easy-to-remove connection hardware. The plant is user-friendly to maintain, service and operate.

The product volume is continuously controlled manually or optionally semi-automatically.

Since the process is realized at ambient temperatures, it releases no heat. It has no waste management problem.

The plant is operated by only a single operator.
