This model which provides possibility of producing in labaratory environment is chosen as it produces different products in microscale besides being mobile. The bitumen emulsion producers wish to produce fast with minimum cost in order to improve the product quality and to see the performance of different admixture materials. This makes the laboratory type bitumen emulsion production plant irreplaceable.
During production process, the bitumen and solution pumps works by help of the invertor and has capability of including necessary amount of material to the process. Also a flowmeter can be placed behind each pump and necessary amount the system needs while pumnping is provided sensitively by datas received from the flowmeter.
The bitumen tank has 30 Liter volume with electric heater and produced of 316 quality stainless steal with a mixture. The bitumen pump which works with invertor, sends the bitumen definetely to the mill by signals received either from the flowmeter or the digital counter.
The solution tank has 30 Liter volume with electric heater and produced of 316 quality stainless steel with a mixture. The solution pump which works with invertor, sends the bitumen sensitively to the mill by signals received either from the flowmeter or the digital counter. All the equipments are produced of 316 quality stainless steel.
All processes can be controlled either full automatically and manually by a PLC.
Reaching the mill, by mixing and breaking into small pieces the bitumen and solution form a perfect emulsion. The samples received from the sample valve and the bitumen emulsion which pass the test is protected. The whole process is controlled and managed automatically and manually by PLC.
