1. The Joint Filling Machine has been designed to fill the cracks and joints on asphalt pavement, thereby improving the surface quality in the shortest possible time and with the lowest possible cost. Since it has different chamber capacities, they can be fabricated as on-board, towed or self-propelled models.
The product is operated by heating the joint/crack filler material placed into melting chamber, through a heat transfer oil, which in turn is heated by means of diesel burner. The fill material is melted with heat and applied to the road pavement. The application is realized through an electrically heated hand nozzle, connected to the main machine and the filling material is applied by the operator on the cracks by means of application iron at the tip of the nozzle.
