The plant is capable of preparing cold mixes for sub-base, bituminous foundation (base course), binder course and surface (wear) course, based on various recipes.
2- Bituminous emulsions used as binder thanks to advanced chemical additives (dopes) are the most significant element of a quality and stable cold mix. With existence of high quality production, compliant to the international standards, it is inevitable for our cold mix plants to replace hot mix plants.
3- Thanks to technological progress, mobile and stationary models of our cold mix plant are easy and comfortable to set up, transfer/transport and operate. The plant is practical to operate by a single operator and a single button.

Thanks to accurate measurement of volumes and masses, the material from the silo which is dosed has the highest product quality. Bituminous emulsion used, is measure with a mass flow meter and damping water is measured through a magnetic flow meter.
The fact that accuracy and precision of aggregate, bituminous emulsion, cement and water ratios are assured through a PID controller, eliminates need for operator input.
A homogeneous and stable product is obtained thanks to bespoke mixer.
The diversity of the cold mixes is assured thanks to pre-coating, giving our plant an edge in comparison to other plants.
The plant is operated by only a single operator.
