All components of polymer modified bitumen mix is perfectly homogenized. Accordingly thanks to perfect results of physical and rheological tests, our plant is sought-after in all applications.

Phases of the process, i.e. mixing, grinding and homogenization are completed without a hitch, before stock tanks. The gelling problem which emerges in case of prolonged mixing, is not observed in stock tanks.

Measurement accuracy and precision of flow meters and load cells used in dosing the product components, which have a direct impact on the resultant mix, are maximum.

The fact that stability of the product is assured through a PID controller, eliminates need for operator input.

Temperature and pressure values are double secured, mechanically and electronically.

The plant is operated by only a single operator.

Product quality of the plant is assured through a bench type lab unit with the same model.
